Carne en su jugo(Meat in its juice)

500 grams of bacon
1 kilo beef steak
4 green tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 Serranos chillies
1/2 onions

1 spoon of chicken powder consomé
2 cups of beans black , from the pot
salt, to the pleasure
pepper black , to taste
fresh cilantro, chopped to taste
Onions, chopped to taste
vegetable oil, quantity needed
1-Cut the steak into small squares and season with salt and pepper.
2-Cut the bacon, add it to a hot pot with oil.
3-Once the bacon is golden, incorporate the steak. Cook for 10 minutes.
4-Liqua the tomato, garlic, chillies, onion and consumed chicken. Just add a little water. Bleach.
5- Add sauce to meat. Cook for 20 minutes. Cover to keep it from cooling.
6-Serves with beans, chopped cilantro and chopped onion.
