Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen posole..

2 large cartons of chicken broth..

Chicken breast, cooked with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper, shredded once cooked and cooled..

Diced onion..

Garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to your liking..

As much roasted chopped green Chile you want…

Instructions:

Cook chicken, shred.

Add to slow cooker with rest of ingredients.

Cook until posole’ pops slightly… about 3 to 4 hours.
