Salsa Roja

Salsa Roja bringing my favorite salsa to the top in case you want to make it for your next carne asada.

Salsa roja a mi gusto! . There are so many different ways to make salsa, this is one of my favorites. It’s quick, it’s easy and it’s 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Make this and I promise you’ll stop buying jarred salsa if you’re still buying salsa.

Salsa:
5 off the vine tomatoes
2 extra large jalapeños
2 garlic clove
1/2 of a large onion
Chile de arbol
Cilantro
1 lime

SEASONINGS:
Salt
Black pepper
Adobo( hot flavor)
add a dash of garlic and onion powder.

Some add chicken bouillon instead of salt.

Roast all veggies, I add the Chile de arbol last as you only need about 1 minute, don’t burn it, it will taste bitter. I blend the tomatoes and the Chile de arbol first till well incorporated then add the rest of the veggies along with the seasonings, I like a chunky salsa.
