Ingredients:
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - ½ lb sirloin steak, sliced
 - 12 oz fettuccine pasta
 - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 cups heavy cream
 - 1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese, grated
 - ½ tsp salt
 - ½ tsp black pepper
 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - Fresh parsley, for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
 - Cook the steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
 - Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter, add shrimp, and season with remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
 - Make the Alfredo sauce: Reduce heat to medium, add garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
 - Toss pasta in sauce and add shrimp and steak. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
