CALDILLO VERDE DE RES y FRIJOLES

Ingredients
For the sauce:
2 hatch peppers
10 tomatillos
1/4 onion
Handful of cilantro
3 garlic cloves
Jalapeños or serranos
4 cups water (total)
2 tbsp chicken bouillon or salt to taste
For the stew
1 lb bacon
Yellow peppers
1/2 small diced onion
2 small diced hatch peppers
2 -3 lbs ground beef
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper, ground cumin, oregano
3 cups frijoles de la olla (precooked beans)
2 bay leaves
