Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken or 2 cooked chicken breast
1-2 cups roasted green chile
2 cups chicken broth
Flour
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
Chopped onions
Shred cheese
Corn tortillas
Directions
Shred chicken (rotisserie or cooked chicken) cook in 2-3 tablespoons of flour well..
Add broth, chile, spices (amounts to your liking)
Bring to hard boil, simmer
Dip tortillas in hot grease for a couple seconds only, pat off excess oil, layer in a casserole along with chile, onions and cheese..
Add to the preheated oven 250D until the cheese melts..
