Orange Ginger Honey Cakes 🍊
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
 - Zest of 1 orange
 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - A pinch of salt
Instructions: 
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
 - In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, and salt.
 - In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, vegetable oil, fresh orange juice, and orange zest.
 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth out the top.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
 - Slice the cake and serve. Enjoy your delicious orange ginger honey cake!

- You can add some chopped walnuts for extra crunch if you like.
