◻ 3 links of your favorite boudin sausage
◻ 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
◻ 8 ounces sour cream
◻ 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, freshly grated
INSTRUCTIONS:
❶ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
❷ Remove the boudin from its casing and crumble it into a mixing bowl.
❸ Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and grated pepper jack cheese to the bowl with the crumbled boudin.
❹ Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
❺ Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
❻ Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
❼ Serve hot with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
